10-day wait from booking an appointment using the FJ online booking tool to actual day of appointment. My car then sat for 6 days with zero calls, zero updates, etc. and only after I called to find out the status of my repair. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, I was simply told that "our service department is really backed up." So, if timeliness is important to you, FJ Fremont Porsche may not be your place.
Raj and his were very professional, helpful and most importantly always available... My purchase was all done remotely and it was a pre owned car...suffice to say when I took delivery there were no surprises. It was exactly as they portrayed it to be... I would highly recommend them ..very grateful...
